SEPARATE CONTEXT OF REASONING ABOUT PUTIN”S ACTIONS AND POSSIBLE CHANGES IN HIS ACTIONS REGARDING EXISTING SITUATIONS.
Putin should not take away or attempt to take away from people their basic rights in the scope of self-determination, which should refer to logical (definitionally) rights formulated regarding both his own state and regarding other statehoods and their citizens.
[Definitions of self-defense should be logical, i.e. definitionally, logically justified. This refers to, therefore concerns logically, definitionally formulated rights for people regarding logic (correctly defined) appropriately and in legitimate, legal contexts in the scope of independent statehoods, separate states and in legal scopes regarding individual people, whether in Russia or in other states.].
Putin is trying to build power based on the dependence of people usurping, by force not based, i.e. without support of logically justified arguments, but at the expense of legitimate freedom, rights of other people, citizens living in the world, despite the fact that Russia is officially a democratic state. After World War II, victorious against the Nazi-fascist crimes and then after the collapse of the „Soviet Union”, the seemingly democratized Russia with Putin in power in Russia began to attack neighboring countries that had been liberated, freed from the Soviet system, which had achieved the status of free democratic states, trying to dominate them with usurpatory, non-definitional activity that did not take into account their status, trying to include them in/under its dependence, and its only arguments are that Russia should be great and strong, even with a so-called Federal system, – [but probably with Russian leadership] – and not taking into account the definitional, logical laws regarding the rights inherent to people (which, as the author wrote earlier in the article: „On law and rights in general…”), which can actually be fully observed only by democratic systems. Putin propagates and spreads against free Western countries images of their corruption, as if they contained unjustified prejudices against Russia, but he himself tries to build imperial power by making people dependent on himself or (or/also) by cooperating with similar ones, based not on the logical definition of democratic law, but on forms of totalitarian, authoritarian violence, instead of focusing on education about democracy, its possibilities, supporting it. Putin officially represents a supposedly democratic state, but he himself acts anti-democratically. He should not be surprised whether to formulate accusations against the rich, free and law-abiding, logical laws, that they do not want to support him or that they distance themselves from him, since he represents crime against the fundamental rights of other people.
Now, in the 21st century, people are at least potentially prepared to develop in the freedom flowing from the possibilities of democracy, and Putin is focusing on categories that were already lost at the end of the 20th century. People already understand quite commonly, at least subconsciously, that states exist for people collectively, and not people for states fundamentally, because it is somehow visible that democracies have their basic legal advantages, consistent with the basic nature, characteristics of the human species (which is expanded on in the author’s previous article: „On Law and Rights…”).
For Putin, what really counts is the growth of his power or the power of his state, but at the expense of other people’s fundamental rights, their freedom, and even life.
Putin, given its current direction – if for a long time or at all – can at most strengthen imperial-totalitarian forces and scopes in order to build power against the fairly developing democracies of the West (and probably not only the West, considering the nature of his power and actions), whose levels he would like to achieve, but he criticizes these regions, countries, probably only because he has no advantage over them, because he cannot claim that „they” are persecuting him, since he does not fulfill, but denies basic human and civil rights, for example with regard to the Helsinki „Charter of Human and Civil Rights”.
When the „Soviet Union” fell apart, under Gorbachev, a democratic system with free elections officially took over, but, as it later turned out, the „demiurgic” influence on events in Russia was exerted by forces firmly embedded in the previous apparatus of power, based on a combination of tactics from the previous system with context enriched and, moreover, linked to representatives from the previous system, probably strengthening that circle of circles, let’s say the Kremlin or around the Kremlin, which over time became the actual, decision-making force regarding the functioning of the Russian state, country, nation.
After Putin came to power, elected by this new „oligarchy”, linked to the old, still Soviet system, representatives or under such influence, as historical materials probably show, officially in democratic elections in a free and civil Russia. These authorities, in addition to giving citizens the possibility of some free choice, individual development, began to pursue a policy of expansionist aggression directed at other countries from the previous Soviet system, at weaker neighbors, first probably Chechnya, then Georgia, then Ukraine, etc., which already existed in new conditions of democracy, free and separate, different from the Soviet system, at least officially free from the Soviet system.
Then the aspect of the system of power in Russia began to reveal itself, that of the circle around the Kremlin or Kremlin power-making and power-environment and its influence, which, above the general democratic majority or independently of it, decided on the shape and policy of Russia.
However, Putin, as you can see, does not respect and does not recognize, apart from Russia, apart from Russia (the Russian Federation), the separate elections of other neighboring countries, which have already obtained the status of being free from the Russian state or the Soviet system, separate states, from free, democratic elections, as states constituted democracies, i.e. as democratic states.
Putin should not take away or try to take away from people their basic rights in the field of self-determination, which refers to logical definitional rights, formulated in terms of logic as democratic., and this applies to legitimate, legal contexts in the scope, in the scopes concerning and individual people, citizens, whether in Russia or in other countries.
But this Putin is trying to build a power based on the dependence of people usurping, by force, not based on logically justified rights, but at the expense of legitimate freedom, the rights of other people, citizens in the world.
After World War II, victorious against the crimes of Hitlerite fascism and later the collapse of the „Soviet Union”, the seemingly democratized Russia, in fact Putin in power in Russia, began to attack neighboring countries liberated from the Soviet system, which had achieved the status of free, based on democratic laws, – not taking into account their legal statuses with his activities, trying to include them under his dependence, and his only „arguments” are that Russia should be great and strong, even with a system or in a system of federal states, and not taking into account the logical, definitional laws regarding the rights due, innate to people, citizens, representatives of the human species, which ultimately can only be fully observed by systems of democracy. [The author of the article explains this in more detail in his first article: „About the Law and Laws in General…”, included on the author’s website.].
Putin (also his co-ruling subordinates or associates) propagates and spreads against free Western countries images of their corruption, of their unjustified prejudices regarding Russia. And yet he tries to build imperial power on the dependence of people on himself or/and also on cooperation with similar ones, based not on the logically definitional democratic law, but on the forms of violence of authoritarianism and totalitarianism – indeed, instead of focusing on education regarding democracy and on positive development in democracy, along with its possibilities beneficial to people in the logical, definitional, consistent sense.
Now, in the 21st century, people are better prepared to develop in the freedom flowing from the possibilities of democracy, and Putin focuses on the categories of violence, harm, lost at the end of the 20th century, and not logical-rational, which can build a positive, beneficial for people, for humanity way or system based on the use and development of positive, and therefore appropriate in the logical sense, categories, features, appropriate for optimizing living conditions for people.
For Putin, what really matters is growth at the expense of other people’s fundamental rights, their innate rights that belong to every person from birth (i.e. the right to freedom, equality before the law, the right to dignity inherent to every person, citizen, regardless of origin or financial status), this is shown by his actions, criminal activity against people who, according to logical, legal, definitional definitions, have done nothing wrong, and had the right to self-determination. For example, he broke – according to what is probably officially known – a promise or agreement that he would not attack Ukraine if it gave up its nuclear weapons, which Ukraine did, and Putin attacked Ukraine anyway.
If I were to advise Putin something, it would be first of all to give up his imperial-totalitarian ambitions and allow for basic democratic rights, logical, by definition, together with focusing on education and education for people, without authoritarianism, and in exchange for withdrawing his unhealthy, undemocratic, and criminal and unjustified actions against Ukraine, etc., he would „snag” for himself the possibility of living peacefully in Russia due to a special circumstance, namely for defeating the imperialist totalitarian power, because Russia did not sign the agreement called „The Hague”. The special circumstance that he would have a corrective action to his credit in the fight against imperialist and totalitarian inferiority over the superiority of the democratic system would be significant. He might not even look so bad historically compared to Gorbachev, who allegedly claimed that he did not want the collapse of the „Soviet Union”
If he officially and in fact of course gave up totalitarian-authoritarian politics, he could probably easily contribute himself or enable his successors to take positive actions logically to bury or weaken the vastness of destructive, anti-democratic forces in the world in such a way that new disputes would expand, new situations would arise to create – for the whole world – positive precedents, actions for people, citizens for the sake of generally justified (ad ontrologia), and in democracies officially recognized equality in the sense of equality before the law. It is probably also known that in general, the whole world is connected by the most diverse flows and in part each part somehow influences the others and even if there are contexts of separateness in multiplicity and diversity, good contexts or precedents in the logical sense regarding truth, when using logic should bring, create positive, good results and a generally better world.
Here, it is impossible to ignore the logical fact that if Putin continues his essentially imperialist policy against the democratic rights due to people, including the rights to self-determination of people or their collectives, respectively, also through de facto depreciation of the basic rights of other people, in accordance with logical law, in accordance with existing or actual facts, precedents, their nature for the so-called „superpower” or material profits through injustice, then he will lose in the basic reference to the values of people, human values at all, because he himself is also one of the people who acted against the justified or basic rights of other people.
I think that Putin, and probably his „Kremlin, etc. entourage” should take into account that there is already awareness, value and humanistic values regarding the law, rights due to people from birth, and there are different and already wide scopes of this. The writer also draws attention to the fact that even if Putin won militarily over Ukraine, etc., looking at more data, he would not win at the level of human values, human values, the values of people, which Putin will not exceed or surpass with his condition, because he is one of the people, and Russia does not represent the highest or higher human values than most other nations or states.
Indeed, i.e. logically and evidentially, with logical justification for the legitimate law as logically legitimate in accordance with the truth, the author of this article presents, proves and demonstrates in his first article, entitled: „On Law and Rights in General …”. In the content of this article, the author presents and logically proves what is – according to logical-critical reason as a justified law beneficial to people and justified as their law fundamentally and generally –
-[ among others: e.g., starting from the point that there is a fact (at least stated/stateable by impressions, senses or empirically), that people fundamentally, when born/appearing in the world have some kind of a certain space, a living environment in space-time, and the fact of the right to the dignity of their human condition [regardless of the property status, merits or social position of ancestors or one’s own, etc.]
They should be easily understandable as principles fundamentally beneficial to the positives in life, in the existence in relation to the facts of stating/stating, experiencing the multitude of phenomena in general and as an environment, surroundings or environments/surroundings and as a multitude of individuals, people or other species, etc. Here it is important to realize, take into account – which protects against solipsism, that phenomenally, manifestly in the world one is not the only subject phenomenon, because other individuals are seen as phenomena, and there is no confirmation that these other „individual phenomena” do not have their own separate subjectivities or consciousnesses, separate minds. Phenomena, manifestations, one is in fact one of many people, and not the only person. Similarly with a group towards others, and only logical, definitional law can communicatively, in accordance with the nature of people, species or humankind, logically secure human rights.
It follows logically that, for example, the beneficial nature of law, legal for all is related to securing/securing good, supporting good for the positives of the innate or natural nature of people, humanity of the species or humankind, human rights, and individually and in relation to the collective, multitude of people (and also, as has been recently more and more often stated, the environment), is to protect/protect against abuses, errors, wrongdoing, etc. within the scope of legitimate, justified, logical law, in relation to logical compliance with the truth.
In the mentioned/indicated article, the author logically justifies, proves what is definitional, humanistic law, which is legal if it meets logical, i.e. sufficiently logical definition, correct recognition and communicates about it in a general and basic scope.
